For the most part, sawtell.org.au is awaiting the return of the fickle attention of it's site builders/administrators. You can keep track of the perilous state of their mental health by listening to the podcast. If you're a Drupal developer, you can contact us about helping to build the site, if you want to learn how to become a Drupal developer, you can start by attending one of our secret meetings (the password is "swordfish").
The original goals of the project are remain largely unchanged:
- A database of information about anywhere, anything, anybody to do with Sawtell.
- Editable by anyone, like Wikipedia, only much more particular.
- A source of machine readable linked data enabling any system to learn about Sawtell.
- An aggregator of data from other sources.
- A template for other sites of this kind.

Where to start
- Create an account
- Check the task list for things you can help with, or report things that aren't working properly, could work better, or aren't here but should be.
- Find something on the site that you know about, and improve the information we have.
- Think of something that you know about that's not on the site, and add it.
- Help with documenting the site and how it works.

- Contact us to volunteer to be a site administrator.
- If have some data that could be imported into this site, let us know.
- If you want to use data from this site, but require a data in a format we don't currently support, let us know.
